What's in your cup

Gentle energy, from the whole bean.

Muna is 100% cacao, which means it's pure, unsweetened drinking chocolate. Nothing is added and nothing is taken away.

We roast and stone-grind it with its natural cacao butter intact, so every cup keeps what's naturally in the bean.

  • Theobromine

Cacao's main natural stimulant. It's gentler than caffeine, which is why a cup of cacao feels warm and steady instead of buzzy.

  • Flavanols

The same plant compounds found in tea and berries, widely studied for their role in healthy blood flow.

  • Magnesium

Cacao is naturally one of the richest food sources of magnesium, a mineral many of us don't get enough of.

  • A little caffeine

Less than a cup of coffee. Just enough for a soft lift.
